Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Clean Water Act and related State laws, trial and appellate practice, administrative law, and civil procedure.
• Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to advise and represent clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent the State of Wyoming in state and federal court related to water and environmental matters.
• Review draft legislation and provide formal/informal legal opinions.
• Prepare and present contested cases before Environmental Quality Council and related appellate bodies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
