Job summary

A leading water damage restoration company is seeking a Combo Water/Mold Technician based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The position involves service of mitigation assignments and customer communications. Candidates should have restoration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. Qualifications

• Restoration (Mitigation, Remediation, Construction) experience preferred.
• Experience with Insurance claims is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Be available by phone and email during scheduled hours.
• Communicate with Operations manager and customers daily.
• Maintain a daily update of all files in the MICA app.

Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Restoration experience

Knowledge of Ipad features
