The role involves managing mitigation and remediation assignments, ensuring communication with customers and team members. Qualifications

• Experience in Restoration (Mitigation, Remediation, Construction) is a plus.
• Knowledge of IICRC Certifications (WRT/ASD) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel in times of need.

Responsibilities

• Be available by phone and email during scheduled hours.
• Communicate daily with the Operations manager.
• Maintain a daily update of all files in the MICA app.
• Be available 24/7 when on-call.
