Job summary

All Dry Services of Charleston is hiring a Water and Mold Remediation Technician in Charleston, SC. This onsite role pays $22 to $27 per hour with overtime, 401(k) with match, and health insurance.

No experience is required, and you will be trained on the job by our lead technician, with a path to Lead Technician within six months. You will perform water removal and mold remediation daily, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in tight spaces while keeping a positive, compassionate approach with

Qualifications

• No experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle preferred.
• Opportunity to grow into Lead Technician within 6 months.
• Must be able to work in tight spaces and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Complete water removal and mold remediation work orders safely and efficiently
• Estimate the time and extent of repairs and communicate progress clearly to your team and the customer
• Perform physical restoration work including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in confined spaces
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, professional, and ready for the next job
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on restoration equipment
• Participate in a rotating monthly on-call schedule for emergency response
