Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Myrtle Beach is hiring a Lead Restoration Technician to join our growing team. You will professionally clean carpets, upholstery, and tile, respond to water damage emergencies, and perform mold remediation while supporting customers and insurance partners.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in carpet cleaning or restoration services.
• IICRC certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and on‑call shifts.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional carpet, upholstery, tile and floor cleaning services.
• Respond to water damage emergencies and perform mitigation services.
• Execute mold remediation and containment procedures per industry standards.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment and document job progress.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and insurance partners.
• Complete digital work orders, moisture logs, and photo documentation.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment to high standards.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for emergency services.
• Cross‑train in fire, smoke, odor, trauma, and contents restoration services.
• Lead by example and contribute to a positive team environment.
