Job Description: Water, Mold and Fire Restoration Technician

Disaster Recovery Pros is seeking dedicated Production Technicians to join our team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls and perform a variety of restoration and cleaning services following our production guidelines.
• Support supervisors to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and ensure equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
• Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Perform production processes following Disaster Recovery Pros production guidelines as directed by the crew chief.
• Ensure clear two-way communication with the crew chief and other technicians, especially regarding customer needs and concerns.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job sites clean and organized.
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.
• Able to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Able to regularly lift 50 to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods, drive, sit, and climb.
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
