Salary: $26-$40/hour Depending on Experience

At TRS Group, we want to leave this world better than we found it. We are developing and implementing technologies that can safely, quickly, and efficiently clean contaminants from the earth. We are growing and seeking dedicated teammates to implement our technologies at various project sites.

In this role, you will work alongside other employee-owners to build infrastructure, set up and operate equipment, and demobilize project sites after completion. The position requires significant travel and manual labor, with skills in construction, mechanical work, equipment operation, water treatment, piping, plumbing, and electrical systems. The ability to read engineering drawings, interpret data, think strategically, work as part of a team, and communicate effectively are essential.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in the construction industry, preferably in environmental projects.
• Be mechanically inclined.
• Possess OSHA certifications, including a 40-hour HAZWOPER and annual refreshers (training provided by TRS).
• Be physically capable of standing for long periods and working in various weather conditions. Annual Hazmat physicals are required and will be scheduled and paid for by the company.
• Be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, and proficient with computers and MS Office tools.
