Job summary

Dayspring Restoration LLC is seeking a Water Mitigation Technician to join our Bozeman, MT team. This full-time role offers $25.00 per hour with overtime and on-call bonuses, along with benefits.

The position involves initial response, assessing affected areas, removing water, drying, and preventing further damage for residential and commercial properties. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year in water mitigation, mold remediation, and carpentry, plus IICRC certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in water mitigation, mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanings.
• 1+ year experience in carpentry.
• Availability to work a rotating on-call schedule.
• Available for regular overtime.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with cleaning products/chemicals.
• IICRC Certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all the mitigation services the company offers.
• Equipment set up and take down.
• Containment.
• Complete drying of the structure.
• Cleaning.
• Complete necessary documentation, daily logs, work orders, etc.
• Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards.
• Load vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies for the day.
• Maintain basic cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Clear, professional, and timely communication with customers, team members, and managers.
• Participation in all required training assigned by Training Director.
• All other tasks as assigned by the Crew Leader, Superintendent, or Manager.
