Job summary

Volarify is seeking a Water/Mitigation Technician to join our North Texas restoration team serving McKinney, Celina, and Prosper areas. You will respond to losses, set up equipment, and drive property recovery on customer sites in a hands-on field role.

Responsibilities include moisture detection, extraction, drying, and occasional demolition, with an emphasis on clear communication and safe, organized work sites. On-call shifts are involved to support emergencies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field mitigation experience is preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD) are valuable additions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and mold mitigation calls including on-call/emergency responses.
• Perform moisture detection, water extraction, and structural drying at customer sites.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.).
• Demolish affected materials as needed at job sites.
• Document conditions, readings, and progress for reports to clients.
