Job summary

Volarify in North Texas is seeking a Water/Mitigation Technician to join our growing restoration team. You’ll respond to water, fire, and mold mitigation calls, set up drying equipment, and work directly at customer sites to help properties recover.

This hands-on role requires physical stamina and a customer-focused approach, with on-call shifts and flexible hours. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD) are valued and prior mitigation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mitigation experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD) are valuable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
• Physically able to perform demolition and field work.
• Reliable and comfortable working with customers during stressful situations.
• Stable work history and interest in a long-term role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and mold mitigation calls, including on-call shifts.
• Perform moisture detection, water extraction, and structural drying.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain drying equipment.
• Perform demolition of affected materials as needed.
• Document job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the process.
