This hands‑on role focuses on helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly from water damage emergencies. You'll respond to emergencies, perform extraction and drying, and document progress using mitigation software while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation or restoration preferred.
• IICRC WRT certification is a plus.
• Ability to operate moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and drying equipment.
• Strong physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to be on‑call for after‑hours emergencies.
• Strong communication and customer‑first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage emergency calls promptly and professionally.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and moisture mapping.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, mats).
• Document job progress with photos, readings, and notes using mitigation software.
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
• Identify and remove unsalvageable materials as needed.
• Ensure job sites are safe and compliant with IICRC standards.
