Job summary

Regent Restoration is seeking Water Restoration Technicians to join our Lewisville, TX team. This full-time, in-person role offers on-call weekend rotation and a pay range of $18.00–$25.00 per hour. The position emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in water damage restoration preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Certification in Water Mitigation or Mold Remediation (or willingness to get certified).
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor.
• Water Mitigation Technician: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage mitigation and restoration services.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct basic maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete technician’s daily log and necessary documentation.
• Maintain the appearance and inventory of company vehicles and supplies.
• Determine the sequence of steps to deliver services at the customer’s property.
• Maintain timely communication with Lead Technicians, Supervisors or Managers.
