We are hiring a Water Mitigation Technician in Converse, TX. Pay is $22 to $30 per hour depending on experience, and we need someone with at least 3 years in water mitigation and IICRC WTR-ASD certification. You will be one of the first people through the door after a loss, reading the damage and setting the drying plan.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Scope, document, contract, execute, and collect on mitigation jobs.
• Visit new assignments and walk customers through what happens next.
• Evaluate affected materials and contents to decide what can be saved.
• Handle setup and demolition work.
• Complete documentation for each loss and keep supervisors in the loop.
• Keep your van stocked and your tools and supplies accounted for.
