This role involves working on-site to restore properties affected by disasters, ensuring that they are cleaned and restored to their original condition. The Restoration Technician will utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

• Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to determine the extent of restoration needed.


• Perform water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.


• Execute mold remediation procedures to ensure safe and effective removal of mold from affected areas.


• Carry out fire restoration tasks, including smoke and soot cleanup and odor removal.


• Utilize hand tools and equipment for carpet cleaning and other restoration tasks.


• Follow industry standards and safety guidelines during all restoration activities.


• Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of debris and hazardous materials.


• Communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process and timelines.

Skills
