Job summary

SERVPRO of Minnetonka is seeking a Water Mitigation Technician to respond to water damage emergencies for residential and commercial properties. You will operate drying equipment, perform mitigation tasks, and work with a skilled team to restore buildings to pre-loss condition.

Ideal candidates have experience in restoration or related trades, a valid driver’s license, and are willing to obtain IICRC WRT certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, construction, or related trades.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent professional communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, and mitigation.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment.
• Inspect job sites and ensure SERVPRO quality standards.
• Document jobs with photos, moisture readings, and notes.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers and office staff to keep projects moving.
