Job summary

RestoPros Austin is hiring a Water Mitigation Technician to join our growing local team. You’ll operate drying and extraction equipment, communicate clearly with customers, and document the mitigation process.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and a positive attitude. IICRC WRT/ASD certifications are preferred, and we offer on-call rotations, paid time off, health insurance stipend, and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to operate water mitigation equipment and document work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide top-tier service.
• Water Mitigation: Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly.
• Light Demo: Assist with non-structural removal as needed.
• Emergency Response: Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergencies.
