Job summary

Dry Force is seeking motivated Water Mitigation Technicians to join our Houston area team. You will assist homeowners after water, flood, or storm-related losses by setting up drying equipment, monitoring progress, and helping restore properties to pre-loss condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• WRT certification preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage and emergency mitigation projects.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment and measure progress.
• Document drying progress using a mobile device.
• Drive company vehicle following policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
