Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water damage calls and assess damage.
• Extract standing water using pumps, vacuums, and extraction equipment.
• Set up and monitor drying gear including air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Document moisture readings and progress using company software or forms.
• Remove damaged materials and apply antimicrobial treatments as needed.
• Explain mitigation process to customers and set expectations.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles for safe operations.
