• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including potential evenings, weekends, and rotating on-call shifts.
• Prior experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with safety practices, use of PPE, and basic knowledge of building structures is beneficial.
