Role Description

The Mitigation Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is responsible for responding to property damage events, assessing the scope of damage, and performing mitigation services such as water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation support, and debris removal. The technician documents site conditions, takes photos, and records measurements to support accurate reporting and estimates. Daily work includes operating mitigation equipment, maintaining a clean and safe jobsite, communicating professionally with customers and team members, and following company procedures and safety standards. The role may require participation in an on-call rotation, working in varying environmental conditions, and assisting with emergency response efforts at any hour.

Qualifications
