Job summary

PARAGON PROPERTY RESTORATION LLC in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Water Restoration Project Manager to lead restoration projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating with insureds, insurers, and TPAs.

You will create and manage budgets, track payments, assign subcontractors, and maintain thorough documentation while communicating progress to homeowners and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration, water mitigation, fire, and mold projects with insureds, insurers, and TPAs such as Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Code-Blue, Claims Connect, and Sedgwick
• Create and manage budgets, buyouts, work orders, subcontractor agreements, progress payments, and maintain financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle
• Project oversight from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate with insureds, insurance companies, TPAs, and stakeholders to align project goals
• Budget management: create and follow budgets, oversee buyouts, work orders, and subcontractor agreements
• Financial oversight: collect progress payments from customers and maintain visibility of project funds
• Coordinate with estimators, project coordinators, carriers, and TPAs during the project lifecycle
• Documentation: ensure accurate documentation, including sign-offs, job file updates, and project-related updates
• Communication: maintain effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and clients
• Finalization: oversee project closeout until the job is paid in full
• Secure necessary permits
• Start jobs in a timely manner
• Schedule completed work orders including pre-construction on-site meetings, sequencing, timing, master scheduling and trades assignments
• Maintain constant communication with homeowners
• Set proper expectations with insured by providing general project timelines and identifying challenges
• Inspect all assigned projects for progress
• Maintain an electronic file of all job details such as documents, personal inspections, conversations and workflow

Reports To: Director of Operations/Owner

Responsibilities

• As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all restoration, water mitigation, fire, mold, pack out projects collaborating with insureds, insurance companies, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) such as Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Code-Blue, Claims Connect, and Sedgwick


• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing budgets, buyouts, work orders, subcontractor agreements, progress payments, and maintaining financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle


• Project Oversight: Manage restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with insureds, insurance companies, TPAs, and other stakeholders to align project goals


• Budget Management: Create and follow budgets, overseeing buyouts, work orders, and subcontractor agreements
