Qualifications

• Senior strategic-operations leader with water market expertise.
• 15+ years of progressive water experience, including client leadership.
• Ability to influence across matrix teams and drive market growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year water market strategy and annual plan.
• Lead major client pursuits, capture plans, and teaming strategies.
• Coordinate with Business Unit Leaders, Area Managers, and teams to align market priorities.
