Job summary

Phigenics seeks a Full-Time Water Management Engineer in Atlanta, GA to support regional clients. You will perform water tests, maintain monitoring equipment, and help sustain Comprehensive Water Management Programs by analyzing microbiological and chemistry data.

Field work includes on-site readings, data-driven troubleshooting, and occasional mentoring after training. Expect ~40% travel to client sites while upholding strong ethics and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Background in science, engineering, or mathematics preferred.
• Ability to learn equipment that measures pH, temperature, and residual oxidant in water.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong desire to learn new concepts.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Gmail, and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and account management support for clients in a region.
• Take water tests and maintain monitoring equipment.
• Analyze microbiological and water chemistry data to support CWMP.
• Respond to client requests quickly, professionally, and accurately.
• Mentor or train peers after full training.
• Travel to client sites to service equipment and collect samples (up to ~40%).
