NES Fircroft is seeking a field Operations Technician to support disposal and treated-water production goals by coordinating with production technicians, completion teams, and field leadership in Texas. The role emphasizes safe, reliable operations, LOTO compliance, and routine maintenance across SWD, pipelines, water ponds, and recycle facilities while tracking water volumes and uptime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–5 years of oil & gas industry experience preferred.
• College coursework or technical training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment and facility isolation using Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Issue Safe Work Permits as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks.
• Report and respond to spills.
• Maintain clean and safe facilities.
• Participate in production, safety, and business meetings.
• Conduct routine HES audits.
• Maintain company vehicle and required inspection documentation.
• Respond to 24-hour callouts while on shift.
