Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Field Operator (Water Operations Tech) II or III for the Texas field operations. The role covers water transfer coordination, pipeline monitoring, field inspections, and readiness to ensure safe, efficient movement of freshwater and produced water systems.

You will perform valve alignments, equipment checks, and coordinate maintenance while responding to abnormal operating conditions, contributing to day-to-day field performance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in oilfield water operations or water transfer.
• Experience with pipeline systems, valve operations, pumps, and water storage.
• Experience coordinating with field personnel and contractors.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate water transfer schedules and valve alignments to support operations.
• Monitor water transfer systems, pipelines, ponds, and related equipment.
• Identify abnormal operating conditions and assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, work requests, and activities.
• Support maintenance, repairs, shutdowns, and related field activities.
