Job summary

The City of Fort Worth Water Department seeks a Technical Support Analyst II to support the Utility Billing System and related applications. You will work with the Water IT team to maintain, configure, and support CIS, IVR, Customer Portal and related systems, ensuring performance and data integrity.

This on-site role requires 2 years of IT support experience, a relevant associate degree, and a Texas driver’s license. On-call rotation and opportunities for professional development are included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Two (2) years of responsible experience in an information systems technical support capacity.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Utility Billing System applications.
• Provide administration, configuration, and technical support for Utility Billing and related systems.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical specifications and design, develop and implement modifications and interfaces.
• Verify the integrity and availability of hardware, servers, databases and integrations.
