Job summary

Garver is seeking a Water Infrastructure Team Leader in Tulsa or Oklahoma City to build and maintain a portfolio of profitable water, wastewater and reuse projects for the Oklahoma Water Team. This senior leadership role offers autonomy to grow revenues and production for selected clients while guiding a team on studies, planning, design, and implementation of conveyance and treatment facilities.

Candidates should hold an ABET-accredited degree, a PE in Oklahoma or reciprocity within 6 months,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from ABET accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma or ability to reciprocity within 6 months of hire.
• 5+ years of water/wastewater utilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Water conveyance and distribution, including pump stations and storage infrastructure.
• Wastewater conveyance and collection, including lift stations and force mains.
• Pipeline condition assessment and rehabilitation.
• Master planning and conceptual evaluations of water, wastewater, and/or reuse systems.

Water Infrastructure Team Leader

Garver is seeking a Water Infrastructure Team Leader in Tulsa or Oklahoma City to build and maintain a portfolio of profitable water, wastewater and reuse projects in support of the Oklahoma Water Team. The portfolio of projects under this position may consist of studies, planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater conveyance infrastructure.

This senior leadership position provides the opportunity for someone to have the platform to run their own business within a business, with autonomy to focus on the growth of revenues and production for a set of clients of their choosing.

Responsibilities

• Water conveyance and distribution, including pump stations and storage infrastructure.
• Wastewater conveyance and collection, including lift stations and force mains.
• Pipeline condition assessment and rehabilitation.
• Master planning and conceptual evaluations of water, wastewater, and/or reuse systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Oklahoma or ability to gain reciprocity within 6 months of hire.
• 5 or more years of similar experience in the water/wastewater utilities market.

Preferred Skills

• Passionate about client service and the water industry.
• Strong work ethic and strong communication skills.
• Master's Degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Experience with state and/or national conference technical presentations on water/wastewater treatment topics.
