Job summary
Harris & Associates seeks a Project Manager for its Civil Design team in San Diego, CA. You will oversee water, sewer, and stormwater projects, lead design teams, and develop proposals for key clients. This role requires strong leadership, budget control, and clear communication across disciplines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
- CA PE license required or in process.
- 8+ years engineering experience with 3+ years in PM.
- Water/sewer/stormwater project experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple water, sewer, and stormwater projects with client management.
- Lead design teams and deliver capital infrastructure plans and specs.
- Develop proposals and fee estimates for opportunities with strategic clients.
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule and risk across multiple disciplines.
- Delegate work to engineers, coordinate with marketing for BD, and monitor finances.
- Travel as needed.
