Qualifications

• Experience managing water infrastructure projects.
• 7–10+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Active California PE license is required.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution, budgets, schedules, personnel and subconsultants.
• Prepare plans, specifications and estimates for water projects.
• Provide bidding and construction support services.
• Mentor staff and develop their skills and careers.
• Prepare proposals and help identify and win new business.
• Build and maintain client relationships and promote Civiltec.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams.
• Present to clients or industry groups as opportunities arise.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams.
