Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7-10 years of construction experience.

• Manage cost and Work In Progress projections.
• Supervise job site personnel.
• Plan and schedule the project.
• Develop and maintain owner relations.
• Negotiate and purchase materials.
• Establish and enforce job site safety expectations.
• Manage project costs.
• Oversee labor projections.
• Contract negotiation and administration.
