Garney Construction is seeking a Project Manager for water and wastewater projects in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. You will oversee cost projections, supervise site staff, plan and schedule work, and maintain owner relationships.

The role requires 7–10 years of construction experience and a bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, with regional travel to project sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing cost and Work in Progress projections.
• Managing job site supervisory personnel.
• Planning and scheduling the project.
• Developing and maintaining owner relations.
• Negotiating and purchasing materials.
• Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations.
• Managing project costs.
• Contract negotiation and administration.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
