Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking an Aqueducts & Inlets Manager to oversee planning and completion of Aqueducts, Inlets, and associated Water Control Structures in Fargo, North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in engineering and manage complex infrastructure projects, specifically in water-control systems. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are necessary for managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Civil, Mechanical, or Water-Control Systems Engineering leadership role.
• Experience managing complex hydraulic structures or water conveyance facilities on large-scale projects.
• Experience on P3 Projects or projects valued at $100M USD or greater.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and construction engineering for Aqueducts and Inlets.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relations.
• Ensure compliance with permits and regulations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or similar

Degrees in Construction Management or Civil Engineering with a certificate in Construction Management
