Job summary

Posillico Civil, Inc. in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and development of all project deliverables, manage the budget and work plan, and enforce PM procedures on complex civil projects.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, utility providers, and field teams while maintaining documentation and reporting to the Regional Director. A B.S. in civil/ME/ENV engineering with 6–10 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering with 6 to 10 years of related experience.
• Experience with existing water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations as well as construction of new facilities.
• Experience supported excavation systems and dewatering a plus
• Experience in Heavy Construction (site-work, roads or environmental.)
• Verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position.
• Ability to performed effectively in a fast paced environment; able to accurately process written documents, perform duties in a timely manner, be highly organized and able to interface; communicate effectively with company, clients and field personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a project by leading the planning and the development of all project deliverables.
• Control scheduling, safety, and budgeting through PM procedures.
• Coordinate all work with Sub-contractors and Utility providers.
• Schedule Labor and Equipment with Dispatcher daily.
• Prepare and update project construction schedule and maintain field office records.
