Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in managing water infrastructure projects and possess a PE license in VA, DC, or MD. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure design.
• PE license in VA, DC, and/or MD required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical designs and preparation of contract documents.
• Assist in the development of design concepts and methodologies.
• Prepare detailed design calculations and construction plans.
• Perform bid and construction phase services.
• Support business development and project estimating.
• Coordinate and mentor project teams.
