Qualifications

• Two years of experience in water distribution construction, maintenance, or repair.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to meet on-call rotation requirements.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot field equipment and document work performed.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and replaces water mains, hydrants, valves, and service connections.
• Operates equipment such as backhoes, loaders, compactors, and tapping machines.
• Locates utilities and marks underground facilities in compliance with regulations.
• Assists with shutdowns, pressure testing, and disinfection procedures.
• Maintains records, logs, and maps of completed projects.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies and participates in standby rotations.
