Job summary

Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our water facilities and pipelines in top condition. The role covers preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance with opportunities to assist in installation and design of water systems.

You will respond to maintenance emergencies during normal hours and on-call shifts, with potential to lead crews and oversee projects while ensuring safety and SOP compliance. Data entry into our CMMS is also required.

Qualifications

Experience performing preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance.
Ability to assist with installation, design, and troubleshooting of water systems.
Willingness to work full-time and on-call standby.
Ability to lead crews and oversee projects with safety and SOP compliance.
Experience entering data into a CMMS.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance on facilities, equipment, and pipelines.
Assist with installation, design, and troubleshooting of water supply and distribution systems.
Respond to maintenance emergencies during regular hours and on-call after hours.
May lead crews and oversee projects with focus on safety and SOP compliance.
Collect and enter data into the CMMS.
