Job summary

The City of Branson is hiring an Exceptional Equipment Operator to maintain and repair the City's water infrastructure while operating heavy equipment and supporting reliable service for our community. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with some after-hours requirements.

This onsite role requires a high school diploma or GED, four years of relevant experience, a Missouri Level II Water Distribution Certificate, and a Class A CDL with Air Brake endorsement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in sewer collection, water distribution operations and maintenance, heavy equipment operation, or related work.
• Missouri Level II Water Distribution Certificate of Competency required.
• Class A CDL with Air Brake endorsement required.
• No felony convictions; pass background check and drug/physical screenings.
• Able to work onsite in Branson and comply with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to maintain and repair the City's water infrastructure.
• Assist with sewer collection and water distribution tasks to ensure reliable service.
• Work onsite in and around Branson, Missouri, following safety procedures.
