AtkinsRéalis seeks a Water Infrastructure Engineering Intern for our Atlanta, GA office. The role involves supporting administrative tasks, data compilation for project reports, and supervised engineering calculations.

Field observations of construction may be required. The candidate should be pursuing a civil engineering degree with 60 credits completed by Summer 2027, possess basic computer and MS Office skills, and have familiarity with AutoCAD or MicroStation preferred.

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Water Infrastructure Engineering Intern to join our Atlanta, GA office.

Your Role

• Provide administrative and operations support.
• Compile data and prepare reports related to projects
• Perform engineering calculations under supervision.
• Perform field observations of construction where appropriate.
• Perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

About You

• EXPERIENCE: No experience is generally required if accepted into an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field.
• EDUCATION: Must have completed 60 hours towards a civil engineering degree from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).
• SPECIAL SKILLS: Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.
• Math skills to perform simple calculations; willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation (preferred)

Additional Information

Expected compensation range is between $ 25 - $ 31 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
