Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience from college coursework
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, petroleum)
• Valid driver's license required
• Willing to work in fast-paced field and office environments with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of oil and gas production operations from well to sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Extreme ownership mentality
• Self-starter with ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Complete daily engagements with teams to meet learning targets and tasks
• Complete weekly engagements with mentor to discuss progress and next steps
• Complete assigned milestones across production operations phases (construction, pipeline installation, flowback, workover, ARO, production)
• Collaborate with production engineering SMEs to review API/ASME documentation
• Plan and host a cross-training event for engineering and operations highlighting rotation learnings
• Deliver end-of-rotation presentation aligned with mentor vision and developed skills
