Job summary

Hatch is seeking an Engineering Intern (Water) in Boston, MA, reporting to the Infrastructure group. You will support offices globally, developing green stormwater infrastructure, site design, plans, calculations, and specifications from our Boston office.

We value in-person collaboration and offer a primarily in-office environment with some remote flexibility. Prior internship or co-op experience is an asset; travel to Hatch offices and sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing green stormwater infrastructure and site design, construction plans and details, design calculations, engineering estimates, and specifications.
• Apply Civil engineering principles to provide efficient, effective, economical and timely solutions in an interdisciplinary project environment.
• Contribute to innovative sustainable engineering solutions and collaborate with Senior Engineers.
