H2O Innovation seeks a Director of Project Construction to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pump stations, pipelines, and treatment plants. The role is partly remote with assignments focused primarily on the East Coast of the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in construction management in water/wastewater.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• CCM or PE certifications.
• Knowledge of regulations and delivery methods (CMAR/DB/DBB).

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities, including design review and bidding.
• Oversee construction execution ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment.
• Serve as owner’s representative, managing program and project execution.
• Review scope, budget, and schedules while ensuring safety standards.
• Mentor field teams and ensure effective communication.
