Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 6 to 12 years of directly relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and project teams.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil engineering work in water and wastewater facilities and conveyance infrastructure, including site design components.
• Contribute to planning and design projects with site visits and field oversight.
• Develop civil engineering plans and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates for water and wastewater projects.
• Prepare technical memoranda, reports, and deliverables.
• Coordinate sub-consultant work and other disciplines.
• Review submittals for conformance with plans during construction.
• Participate in field activities such as pilot testing and site reconnaissance.
