ARS-Rescue Rooter in Pasadena, TX is hiring a Plumbing Install Mechanic to install residential and light commercial plumbing systems, focusing on water heaters (tank and tankless). You will work in customer homes, follow codes, and complete jobs safely while building strong relationships.

You will navigate attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and tight spaces, lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and use hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience installing gas/electric water heaters.
• Tankless water heater experience preferred.
• General plumbing skills and code familiarity.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Install gas and electric water heaters (tank and tankless).
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and confined spaces.
• Lift and maneuver heavy equipment (60–100+ lbs).
• Climb ladders, work overhead, use hand and power tools.
• Perform physically demanding tasks: bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing/pulling.
