SERVPRO of New Hanover/Brunswick & South Columbus Counties is hiring Water/Fire/Mold Restoration Technicians for our Hampstead, NC location. You will respond to service calls, perform restoration tasks, and support the crew to meet customer needs with a strong emphasis on safety and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform restoration tasks per guidelines.
• Load equipment and supplies, maintain vehicle and site cleanliness.
• Prepare areas for drying, set up staging and ensure safe operation.
• Communicate clearly with crew chief about customer needs and concerns.
• Complete end-of-day cleanup and adhere to safety policies.
