FLOOD TECH 3 CORP in Alexandria, VA is seeking a skilled Mitigation Technician to perform water, fire, and mold mitigation on residential and commercial properties.

You will set up drying equipment, monitor moisture, document conditions, and communicate with homeowners and project managers while following IICRC standards. This is a hands-on role with potential after-hours emergency responses as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation or restoration preferred.
• IICRC WRT certification a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services on residential and commercial properties
