United Water Restoration Group, Inc is seeking motivated individuals for Restoration Technician roles in Florida. You don't need restoration experience—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

We offer hands-on training, opportunities to grow into greater responsibility, and a track record of promoting from within. Responsibilities include extracting water, setting up drying equipment, demolishing damaged materials, and assisting with fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn the restoration trade and develop skills
• Able to work in physically demanding conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working in homes, businesses, crawl spaces, attics, and other job-site environments
• Able to lift and move 25–50 pounds
• Commitment to safety and proper procedures

Responsibilities

• Extract water and mitigate water damage
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials
• Assist with fire and smoke cleanup
• Perform microbial remediation
• Assist with vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup
• Perform structural board-up and site stabilization
• Clean and restore affected areas
• Maintain equipment and job sites
• Document work through moisture logs, progress reports, safety logs, and diagrams
• Work directly with customers during difficult situations

What Is Restoration?

When a homeowner or business experiences a major water leak, fire, mold problem, or other property emergency, they need someone to respond quickly.

As a Restoration Technician, you'll help return damaged homes and businesses to normal.

You'll learn how to:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Be able to lift and move 25–50 pounds

• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
