Job summary

RestoreCore, Inc. is seeking a hands-on technician to assist with fire and water damage mitigation. The role involves heavy physical work, using hand and power tools, and driving the company vehicle to job sites. You’ll work both independently and with a team, ensuring safety and customer service under pressure.

Expect on-call rotations and overtime as needed. Training provided; valid driver's license and clean driving record are required to perform duties safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with fire and water damage mitigation and disaster response.
• Perform demanding physical labor, including demolition, debris removal, and cleanup.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Lift, carry, set up, and move mitigation equipment.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials, securing them for transportation.
• Drive a company vehicle between the office, job sites, and other locations.
• Work alone on assigned tasks when trained and safe, while communicating with your supervisor.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment and keep job sites clean and organized.
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers during stressful situations.
• Participate in rotational on‑call assignments, respond to emergencies, and work overtime as needed.
