Job summary

RestoreCore is a family-owned restoration company seeking a Mitigation/Restoration Technician to respond to emergencies, assess damage, and perform restoration services for residential and commercial properties. You will document conditions, execute water extraction and drying, and mitigate fire damage, while communicating clearly with clients and coordinating with the project manager.

The role requires physical fitness, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call in varied weather

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of construction and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls and assess damage.
• Document damage with photos, diagrams, and notes.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and fire-mamage mitigation per standards.
• Explain processes and address customer questions professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of projects, time logs, and expenses.
• Maintain and operate restoration equipment safely and properly.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and participate in trainings.
