Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

• Physical capability to perform bending, squatting, and climbing if needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Provide own transportation and tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and foster relationships with customers and store management.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
• Conduct proactive maintenance tasks including filter replacements and equipment upgrades.
• Employ troubleshooting skills to report pressure gauges and leaks.
• Address repair needs by fixing leaks and replacing components.
• Be available for emergency service calls within 24-48 hours.
• Complete and submit paperwork for payment processing.
