Water Facilities Team Leader – North Little Rock, Arkansas. Garver is seeking a Facilities Team Leader for our Arkansas Water Team. This position will be based in one of our offices in North Little Rock, Fayetteville, Rogers, Fort Smith, or Conway, AR. The Facility Team Leader will build and maintain a portfolio of water and wastewater treatment and pumping projects in support of the Arkansas Water Team across the state. These projects include the study, planning, design, and implementation of treatment facilities for water and wastewater. This senior leadership position provides the opportunity to run a personal business and portfolio with autonomy to focus on revenue growth and production for a set of clients.
